Marney Andes has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and teams as they develop and grow. 

Her experience in performance consulting and leadership development spans various industries, including technology, healthcare, education, and nonprofits. Marney founded three pivotal organizations: Dynamic Intention, crafting and delivering top-tier leadership development and coaching services with the mission to connect and empower people through creative transformative experiences; She Lives Intentionally, a no-nonsense concierge-style community for women who want more—offering curated monthly themes, live events that support personal growth, meaningful social gatherings, and hands-on partnerships with nonprofits serving women and girls. It’s for women who are done performing and ready to live on purpose; and Project Aspire, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to support women in pursuing higher education and leadership opportunities.

Marney holds a master’s in information and learning technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and resides outside Denver.
